Does Norton VPN really work on all devices?

I was really hoping that Norton VPN would work seamlessly across all my devices because, let’s be honest, we all have multiple gadgets these days. So, I put it to the test across my Windows laptop, Android phone, iPhone, and Macbook. The good news is that Norton VPN does indeed have dedicated apps for all these major platforms, and installation was pretty straightforward on each one. The interface looks consistent whether you’re on Windows or iOS, which I appreciated for the user experience. However, when I tried to set it up on my smart TV and gaming console, things got a bit tricky. Norton VPN doesn’t offer native apps for these devices, so you have to configure it through your router settings, which required some technical know-how that I’m still not entirely comfortable with. I attempted to manually configure it on my router, but I’ll admit I had to look up several tutorials and still didn’t get it working perfectly. On my mobile devices, the Android app sometimes had connection drops that I didn’t experience with the iOS version. The iOS app generally performed more reliably with stable connections to various servers. My Windows desktop application offered the most configuration options, including different protocol choices, which was nice for troubleshooting. While Norton VPN covers the major device categories you’d expect – Windows, macOS, Android, iOS – it falls short on router-level protection out of the box. For users who want to protect their entire home network automatically, this could be a significant limitation. So yes, it works on all major devices, but calling it truly universal might be stretching it a bit, especially if you’re not tech-savvy enough to handle router configurations.
